The General Office of the State Council has rolled out the Several Measures for Further Boosting Private Investment Growth, advocating for the support of leading private enterprises, supply chain champions, and third-party service agencies in the construction of integrated digital empowerment platforms. Such platforms are poised to dismantle data bottlenecks within industrial and supply chains, foster cross-sectoral data integration and application, and propel synchronized digital transformation across upstream and downstream small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Concurrently, there will be a push to expedite the development of digital service providers catering to private SMEs, coupled with a thorough execution of targeted digital empowerment programs for SMEs. This will empower a greater number of private SMEs to expedite their digital upgrade and transformation processes.
