Notably, these scenarios stand out as a crucial innovative resource. In light of this, China has released the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating Scenario Development and Opening Up to Foster Widespread Adoption of New Scenarios. The objective is to harness these strengths by nurturing and opening up scenarios, expanding market access, facilitating the smooth movement of resources, enhancing the development environment, and providing testing grounds, accelerators, and benchmarks for emerging technologies and products. This will facilitate their industrial application, invigorate innovation and development momentum, and create a new driving force for high-quality economic growth.
