According to two individuals with insider knowledge of the situation, KKR Group and Singtel are deep in advanced talks aimed at acquiring more than 80% of ST Telemedia Global Data Centers. Should the deal reach fruition, these two entities will gain complete ownership of the company, with the transaction value surpassing S$5 billion (roughly equivalent to $3.9 billion).
