By 2024, the nation's data enterprise count had soared past 400,000, and the industry's scale had reached an impressive 5.86 trillion yuan, marking a 117% increase from the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Geographically, the Yangtze River Delta region has constructed a multi-tiered, full-chain data industry ecosystem. In 2024, this region's data industry accounted for 22.6% of the national total, hosting over 100,000 data enterprises, thereby emerging as a pivotal driver of China's data industry growth. Currently, enterprises specializing in data annotation, governance, and trading services are surging ahead, while third-party data service institutions are gradually emerging, further enhancing their professionalism.
