This acquisition does not constitute a significant asset restructuring or a related-party transaction, and it has already received the board of directors' approval, thereby obviating the need for shareholder meeting review. The identity of the transaction counterpart remains undisclosed. The acquired servers will support the company's computing power leasing services, bolstering its core business development while exerting a modest influence on its financial and operational performance.
