China's foundational data system is continuously advancing, with the development of the data market gaining momentum. According to the National Data Administration, 21 pertinent policies were enacted last year, and this year, more than 10 new systems, encompassing data property rights, are set to be introduced. Presently, enterprises involved in data aggregation, sharing, development, and utilization are proliferating, relevant standards and norms are progressively being refined, data trading activities are on the rise, and the construction of a nationally integrated data market is accelerating. Furthermore, the nation is deeply engaged in implementing the 'Data Factor ×' initiative and fostering the establishment of public data demonstration scenarios, aimed at further unleashing the potential value of data factors.
