Vantone Development has announced its intention to invest RMB 854 million to acquire a 62.98% stake in Shudu Technology, facilitating this through a combination of capital increase and equity transfer. Upon completion of this transaction, Shudu Technology will become a holding subsidiary of Vantone Development. Shudu Technology specializes in the design and development of high-speed interconnect chips, as well as offering ASIC chip customization services. Notably, the company has developed PCIe switch chips that are compliant with the PCIe 5.0 protocol and is currently in the process of introducing these products to customers.
