Shiyun Circuit has officially announced its intention to invest RMB 125 million of its own funds into Shenzhen Xinsheng Semiconductor Co., Ltd. via a capital increase alongside its related entity Shunkejuxin and a non-affiliated party, Hongshengjiacheng. Upon the conclusion of this transaction, Shiyun Circuit will secure a 3.8238% equity stake in Xinsheng Semiconductor. Xinsheng Semiconductor is a pioneering enterprise in China, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of SAW and BAW filters, as well as FEM modules. The company boasts multiple independent intellectual property rights and is distinguished as the first filter manufacturer in the country to achieve AEC-Q200 automotive standard certification. Its automotive-grade filter products have successfully transitioned into mass production and are currently being shipped to the automotive original equipment market.
