On August 10, Shiyun Circuit announced its intent to invest 125 million yuan in collaboration with affiliate Shunke Juxin and non-affiliated partner Hongsheng Jiacheng, to acquire a stake in Shenzhen Xinsheng Semiconductor via a capital increase. Upon completion of this transaction, Shiyun Circuit will own a 3.82% share in Xinsheng Semiconductor, a company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of SAW and BAW filters, as well as FEM modules.
