Sanchao New Materials has announced that trading of the company's shares will resume on August 5, 2025. Shareholders Zou Yuyao and Liu Jianxun have entered into a share transfer agreement with Bodaheyi and Wuxi Bodaxineng, under which Bodaheyi will acquire 18.99 million shares in two phases. Additionally, Bodaheyi has executed a voting rights waiver agreement with Zou Yuyao and Liu Jianxun. Upon completion of the first phase of the transfer, Bodaheyi will assume the role of controlling shareholder of the company, with Liu Jingqi becoming the actual controller.
