This signifies that nearly 40% of Steam PC gamers are now leveraging AMD CPUs. This surge in AMD's popularity, driven by the growing adoption of their 3D V-Cache CPUs, has resulted in Intel's share plummeting to an all-time low. Five years ago, Intel dominated the gaming CPU market with a share of approximately 77%, but today, it has dipped below the 60% mark.
