On August 1, 2025, Huadian Clean Energy REIT (Fund Code: 508016) successfully debuted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, raising RMB 1.8945 billion. This REIT is anchored by premium natural gas power generation assets located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. As of that date, a comprehensive total of 48 REITs had been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, collectively raising RMB 130.573 billion and spanning sectors such as clean energy, consumer goods, and rental housing. Notably, the number of clean energy REITs has risen to six.
