San'an Optoelectronics has unveiled its strategy to jointly acquire 100% of the equity in Lumileds Holding B.V. for a sum of US$239 million, partnering with overseas investor Inari. To facilitate the seamless execution of this transaction, the two entities intend to establish a joint venture in Hong Kong, with respective capital contributions of 74.5% and 25.5%, totaling US$280 million. Upon the successful completion of this acquisition, San'an Optoelectronics will indirectly own 74.5% of the target company and will consolidate its financial statements accordingly.
