Samsung has embarked on the trial production of its forthcoming flagship System-on-Chip (SoC), the Exynos 2600, leveraging the cutting-edge SF2 (2nm) manufacturing process. Initially, the yield target is set at 50%, but for full-scale production, this figure must surpass 70%. The chip has successfully transitioned into the prototype phase, signaling a pivotal milestone for Samsung in the realm of 2nm chip technology.
