According to GIC's 2025 annual report, as of March 31st, the proportion of investments in the Americas in its portfolio surged to 49%, marking a 5 percentage point increase from the previous year. Conversely, the share of investments in the Asia-Pacific region declined to 24%, a drop of 4 percentage points. Meanwhile, the allocation to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa remained stable at 20%. This strategic adjustment underscores GIC's commitment to enhancing its presence in the Americas while scaling back its investments in the Asia-Pacific region.
