A collaborative effort led by Professors Li Jiafang and Yao Yugui from the School of Physics and the School of Optoelectronics at Beijing Institute of Technology, in partnership with Professor Liu Zhiguang's team from the University of Science and Technology of China, has yielded a groundbreaking advancement in silicon-based nanokirigami technology. The team has successfully attained precise control over the deformation behavior of silicon-based micro-nano structures and showcased their optical information encryption display capabilities. This significant achievement has been featured in the prestigious Nature Communications journal.
