Wuxi Yanwei Semiconductor has recently concluded the initial phase of its Series A funding round, securing hundreds of millions of yuan. This round was spearheaded by Primavera Capital, a sub-fund partner of the Shangxian Lake mother fund. Since February 2023, Shangxian Lake Investment has played a pivotal role in Yanwei Semiconductor's journey, leading the angel round funding and facilitating the development of its product prototypes. Since then, Shangxian Lake Investment has collaborated with other sub-funds, including Xinshang Capital and Primavera Capital, to participate in subsequent funding rounds, thereby accelerating the company's progression towards a new stage of commercialization.

Since its inception, Yanwei Semiconductor has amassed nearly 1 billion yuan in funding, which will be strategically allocated towards core technology iteration, capacity expansion, and the research and development of next-generation products.
