Zong Qinghou has relinquished his positions as legal representative and manager of Zhejiang Deqing Wahaha Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Zhejiang Hongzhen Smart Chip Co., Ltd., with Zhu Lidan now assuming these responsibilities. Concurrently, Zong Fuli has been appointed as a director of both companies. Zhejiang Hongzhen Smart Chip Co., Ltd., established in November 2019 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, specializes in the areas of integrated circuits, circuit modules, and software programs. The company is jointly owned by Zhejiang Deqing Wahaha Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. and Dong Linxi, the latter being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Wahaha Venture Capital Co., Ltd., established in August 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million.
