Moore Threads Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has successfully had its IPO application for the STAR Market approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As per the prospectus, the company intends to issue at least 44,447,580 shares for public trading, accounting for no less than 10% of its total share capital post-issuance, with each share carrying a par value of 1 yuan.
