China's Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for the manufacturing sector reached 49.7% in June, marking a 0.2 percentage point increase from the previous month and the second consecutive month of recovery. Out of the 21 surveyed industries, 11 reported being in expansion territory, indicating a broadening boom within the manufacturing sector. Notably, the new orders index surged to 50.2%, signaling that market demand has halted its decline and is on the rise, with export orders also showing sustained improvement. This synchronized expansion on both the supply and demand sides underscores the stability and enhancement of China's economic fundamentals, further bolstering its growth resilience.
