On June 26, Hubei-based DreamChip Technology unveiled the world's first full-frequency high-precision chip with a preference for Beidou technology, signaling the dawn of the 2.0 era for China's Beidou chip advancements. This groundbreaking chip boasts a signal acquisition speed 20 times faster and timing accuracy 5 times higher than its predecessors. Scheduled for implementation within the year, it will primarily serve applications in robotics, intelligent driving, monitoring, and surveying and mapping. For instance, it enables millimeter-level displacement monitoring for disaster prevention and centimeter-level positioning for shared bikes and in-car navigation systems.
