On June 24, GRINM made an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, GRINM Yijin New Materials Co., Ltd., intends to bring in strategic investors in a bid to reinforce its leadership in the domestic target material industry and aspire to become a preeminent global materials enterprise. Phase II of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund will contribute RMB 300 million, with RMB 50,818,280.44 designated for the registered capital, representing 5.67% of GRINM Yijin's post-increase registered capital. The remaining RMB 249,181,719.56 will be allocated to the capital reserve.
