Xidian University and Rigol Technologies Inc. have recently inked an agreement to jointly establish a laboratory and foster collaborative talent development at the southern campus of Xidian University. This landmark signing signifies a fresh chapter in the partnership between the two entities, aiming to enhance the integration of industry, academia, and research through an innovative "dual-engine" model.
