Taiji Industries announced on June 18th that its subsidiary, Haitai Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., will renew its partnership with SK Hynix by signing the "Fourth Phase Post-process Service Contract." This renewal is necessitated by the expiration of the "Third Phase Post-process Service Contract" on June 30, 2025. Under the new agreement, Haitai Semiconductor will continue to offer semiconductor post-process services to SK Hynix, adopting a profit model of "full cost + agreed earnings."
