The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has unveiled a plan to establish a Sci-Tech Growth Tier on the STAR Market and introduce a pilot IPO pre-review mechanism tailored for high-quality technological enterprises. This initiative aims to elevate the standard of pre-communication services for such enterprises. Companies involved in the research and development of pivotal core technologies can now opt to undergo a pre-review process prior to formally submitting their IPO applications. Notably, the specifics of this pre-review process and its outcomes will remain confidential. Upon completion of the pre-review, the subsequent review and registration procedures for the enterprise's IPO will be expedited.
