Guangting Information intends to acquire 100% equity of Kaima Technology for a total of RMB 360 million. Half of this amount, or RMB 180 million, will be funded through surplus capital raised, with the remaining RMB 180 million sourced from the company's own funds or additional financing. Upon completion of the acquisition, Kaima Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangting Information and will be consolidated into its financial statements.
