Zhang Wei, the President of Gree Electric, made an appearance at the online performance presentation meeting alongside the young management team, revealing that segments including industrial products have fulfilled the criteria for spin-off initial public offerings (IPOs). When queried about the aluminum-for-copper substitution plan, the strategy for Jinghong air conditioners, the overseas expansion plan, and the chip business, the executives responded that there is currently no plan for aluminum-for-copper substitution. They further elaborated that Jinghong air conditioners are positioned to complement the main Gree brand, that the market share of overseas independent brands exceeds 20%, and that the chip business has been extensively applied in household air conditioners, with self-developed applications accounting for 30% of the total.
