The market experienced morning fluctuations but still managed to rise, with the Shanghai Composite Index reclaiming the 3400-point mark and the ChiNext Index advancing by over 1%. Pharmaceutical and healthcare stocks, alongside the innovative drug sector, shone brightly, driving the market upwards. Additionally, the financial sector exhibited a strengthening trend, while sports and football-related stocks remained active. Regarding individual stocks, gains outnumbered losses, with more than 3800 stocks posting advances. Morning trading volume amounted to 838.7 billion yuan. By midday, the Shanghai Composite Index had risen 0.23%, the Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.62%, and the ChiNext Index surged 1.22%.
