According to TrendForce's first-quarter 2025 data, SK Hynix leads the DRAM market with a 36% revenue share, closely followed by Samsung at 33.7% and Micron at 24.3%. Together, these three companies command a staggering 94% of the global DRAM market. In the NAND flash memory segment, Samsung holds the top spot with a 31.9% market share, while SK Hynix (including Solidigm) comes in second with 16.6%. Micron, Kioxia, and SanDisk follow with market shares of 15.4%, 14.6%, and 12.9%, respectively.
