On June 5, Sunwoda announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Qianhai Hongsheng, will collaboratively establish the Qingdao Xinghang Renewable Energy Venture Capital Fund with institutions such as Guangdong Xinghang New Creation and Shanghai Tongdao Tongchuang. The total subscription amount for this fund stands at 54.1 million yuan, with Qianhai Hongsheng contributing 27 million yuan, which represents a 49.91% share. The primary objective of this fund is to invest in Haier Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd., thereby bolstering Sunwoda's competitive edge in the burgeoning field of new energy.
