Cambrian Technology Co., Ltd., a listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, submitted a prospectus and related application documents for the private placement of securities. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has thoroughly reviewed these documents, verified their completeness, and confirmed their compliance with statutory requirements. Consequently, the exchange has decided to accept and proceed with the review of Cambrian's application in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
