On May 29, 2025, Longyang Electronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. made an announcement detailing its intention to acquire a 51% equity stake in Changzhou Wisi Shuanglian Technology Co., Ltd. for a cash consideration of approximately RMB 120 million. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, Wisi Shuanglian will become a fully-fledged subsidiary of Longyang Electronics, with its financial performance being consolidated into the latter's financial statements.
