On May 29, the updated "Several Measures to Further Promote the Development of the Integrated Circuit Industry in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone" were formally released. These measures stipulate that enterprises or scientific research institutions undertaking the initial full-mask tape-outs prior to mass production of engineering products will receive a subsidy equivalent to 50% of their tape-out costs, capped at a maximum of 30 million yuan per annum. This initiative aims to catalyze the continued growth of the integrated circuit industry within the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone.
