A closer look at the shareholder structure reveals that Shanghai Hantu Technology Co., Ltd. holds a controlling 60% stake, while the remaining 40% is owned by Beijing Unis Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the newly formed Unis Group.
