On May 28, Feikai Materials announced that on the previous day, May 27, the company had resolved to alter the allocation of funds originally earmarked for its terminated fund-raising initiative, titled "Annual Production of 15 Tons OLED Terminal Display Material Sublimation and Purification Project." The balance of these funds, amounting to 53.7825 million yuan, will now be utilized by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Hecheng Display Technology Co., Ltd., to acquire pertinent patents from JNC Co., Ltd.
