A recent report, commissioned by Qualcomm and published by Cellular Insights, showcases that two Android smartphones equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon X75 and X80 modems surpassed the iPhone 16e, which utilizes Apple's proprietary C1 modem, in 5G speed tests conducted on T-Mobile's Sub-6GHz 5G network in New York City. Notably, these Android devices demonstrated a significant lead of approximately 35% in download speeds and an impressive 91% increase in upload speeds compared to the iPhone 16e.
