The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) announced that striking workers at Pratt & Whitney, a subsidiary of RTX, voted in favor of the company's second contract proposal on Tuesday, bringing an end to a three-week-long work stoppage. Approximately 3,000 workers participated in the strike, with their primary demand centered on ensuring that Pratt & Whitney maintains work related to Lockheed Martin's F-35 fighter jets within the state. Following negotiations, both parties have reached a mutually acceptable agreement.
