On May 27, Xiaomi Group unveiled its first-quarter financial report for 2025. Group President Lu Weibing disclosed that Xiaomi's proprietary 3nm flagship SoC chip, Blackstone O1, is currently slated exclusively for the company's high-end flagship product line. Lu Weibing highlighted that while Blackstone O1 boasts world-class performance and user experience, it marks Xiaomi's maiden venture into 3nm process technology for a flagship SoC. Consequently, the company anticipates public support and encouragement. It is noteworthy that Blackstone O1 is the first self-developed 3nm flagship SoC in mainland China, leveraging a second-generation 3nm process that incorporates up to 19 billion transistors, rivaling Apple's A18 Pro. Additionally, Lu Weibing announced that Xiaomi's chip business will synergize with Penta OS and AI technology in the future, fostering a robust platform capability.
