Intel Israel has initiated legal action against its former employee, Natalia Avchin, and former supplier, Yafim Cibolevski, accusing them of conspiring to commit fraud totaling over 3 million New Shekels (approximately equivalent to 6.069 million yuan). The complaint alleges that from October 2023 to November 2024, the duo engaged in prolonged fraudulent activities by manipulating transaction classifications and exploiting loopholes in the approval process. Notably, some of these fraudulent transactions also implicated a third-party procurement agency, Levanon Kogan, with the cumulative amount exceeding 2 million New Shekels. Intel discovered the misconduct through an internal investigation and the matter is currently under legal scrutiny.
