Xiaomi has clarified that Xuanjie O1 is a cutting-edge 3nm SoC (System on Chip) independently crafted by its in-house Xuanjie team. Leveraging the latest CPU and GPU standard IP licenses from Arm, the team has autonomously executed the multi-core and memory access system-level design, as well as the backend physical implementation. Contrary to online speculation, Xuanjie O1 is not a customized chip from Arm. The assertion that it is a customized product is categorically false.
