Dongxin Semiconductor Injects 200 Million Yuan into Lisuan Technology

Dongxin Semiconductor announced on May 26 that it will convene a board meeting on August 18, 2024, to deliberate and approve a proposal to invest in Lisuan Technology (Shanghai). The company has entered into an agreement with Nanjing Lisuan and other parties, aiming to utilize 200 million yuan of its own funds to augment the capital of Shanghai Lisuan and subscribe to an additional 5 million yuan in its registered capital. Parallelly, other investors will contribute 128 million yuan, elevating Shanghai Lisuan's total registered capital to 13.2 million yuan post-capital increase. To date, Dongxin Semiconductor has disbursed the full 200 million yuan for the capital increase.
