Ruisong Technology has announced that its subsidiary, Guangzhou Ruibei, intends to form a joint venture in Malaysia with Malaysian individual Ye Cheng. The venture will specialize in offering comprehensive solutions in robotics, machine vision, industrial software, flexible automation, digitization, and smart manufacturing systems tailored for customers across Southeast Asia. With a registered capital of 3 million Malaysian ringgit, Guangzhou Ruibei will contribute 2.4 million Malaysian ringgit, securing an 80% ownership stake. This strategic investment aims to enhance Ruisong Technology's global footprint, expedite its overseas expansion, and fortify international customer relationships.
The decision has received the green light from the company's board of directors and does not necessitate shareholder meeting approval. However, it is subject to the necessary approvals or filings with relevant government bodies. Nevertheless, the investment may encounter potential uncertainties, including financial risks, shifts in the business landscape, and regulatory approval processes.
