On May 21, ACM Research Shanghai announced that it had reviewed and approved a proposal on May 20 to revise the plan for issuing A-shares to specific investors in 2024. The overall fundraising target has been adjusted from 4.5 billion yuan to 4.482 billion yuan, with the allocation for the "R&D and Process Testing Platform Construction Project" reduced from 940.3485 million yuan to 922.3485 million yuan. All other aspects of the issuance plan remain unaltered.
