China Telecom Zhejiang Branch, in collaboration with China Unicom Zhejiang Branch and Huawei, has successfully concluded the commercial validation of 1.8GHz and 2.1GHz dual-band 8T8R base stations, setting a new benchmark with a 5G single-user uplink rate surpassing 1.1Gbps. The base stations utilized in this test employ the Frequency Division Duplexing (FDD) mode, offering an impressive 95MHz bandwidth capacity for both uplink and downlink. Furthermore, by leveraging uplink carrier aggregation and Single-User Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (SU-MIMO) technology, the uplink network performance has been significantly enhanced.
