Shanghai Silicon Industry Group has unveiled its intention to acquire a substantial 46.7354% equity stake in Xinsheng Jingtou, 49.1228% in Xinsheng Jingke, and 48.7805% in Xinsheng Jingrui, facilitating these transactions through a combination of share issuance and cash payments. Additionally, the group plans to raise supporting funds from a maximum of 35 investors. The total acquisition cost stands at 7.04 billion yuan, with the objective of streamlining management and enhancing resource allocation efficiency. Notably, all target companies are pivotal executing entities in the second phase of Shanghai Silicon Industry Group's ambitious 300mm silicon wafer project.
