The National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund (Big Fund) intends to further reduce its stake in Tongfu Microelectronics by selling 37.9399 million shares, which constitutes no more than 2.5% of the company's total share capital. This transaction is estimated to be worth approximately RMB 956 million. This move follows an earlier divestment by the Big Fund of 37.661 million shares, realizing approximately RMB 1 billion in proceeds. Additionally, in the first quarter of this year, the Big Fund has already completed reductions in the shareholdings of several semiconductor listed companies, including Yandong Micro, Jingjia Micro, Sense Micro, and Centec Networks.
