This milestone event marked not only the successful dispatch of 100 million gallium nitride chips but also heralded a significant advancement for CR Microelectronics in its strategic deployment of gallium nitride production lines. Notably, the Runxin Microelectronics Epitaxial Production Base was completed in an impressive nine months, from project inception to full operation.
