European Commissioner Zaharieva has unveiled plans by the European Union to attract scientific researchers facing hardships under American repression. The strategy involves increasing scientific research funding and streamlining visa processes. To recruit top global talent, the EU intends to launch a scientific research incentive program worth up to €500 million from 2025 to 2027. This comes amidst the United States' reduction in scientific research funding and dismissal of scientists, prompting some American scientific researchers to explore overseas job prospects.
