Henan Province has recently embarked on a series of pioneering programs aimed at transforming and upgrading its manufacturing industries. These initiatives emphasize "intelligent transformation, digitalization, and network integration" as key drivers of technological advancement. The implementation of these programs is overseen by the respective governments of counties, cities, and districts, as well as the administrative committees of national-level functional areas. Leading enterprises will spearhead collaborative efforts among upstream and downstream stakeholders in the industrial chain, fostering the enhancement of industries with distinct competitive edges. To incentivize participation, the provincial finance department will offer financial rewards of up to 10 million yuan for each successful pilot program.
