The company swiftly acted by eradicating the malicious software and isolating affected devices. Additionally, SK Telecom is diligently investigating the specifics of the breach and has reported the incident to the relevant authorities. To date, no misuse of the compromised information has been detected. However, as a proactive measure, SK Telecom has implemented several safeguards, offering users complimentary SIM card protection services and pledging to bolster its security framework to preclude future occurrences of such incidents.
